Nick and his team took care of a water leak I had in my basement. He repaired my foundation and did a great job. He gave me a great price with a lifetime warranty. Exceptional Work. When you need masonry repairs and / or waterproofing, N.A.D. is definitely the company to call. It’s been almost 7 months since Nick and his team repaired and waterproofed the outside wall of our basement. We’ve had a number of rain storms and wet weather since our repair that previously would have resulted in water in our basement, however Nick’s work has held up extremely well and our basement continues to remain totally dry. Prior to calling N.A.D., I spoke to a number of contractors who presented me with theories about why water was coming into our basement when it rained. We have been having water issues in our basement for quite a while. Tropical Storm Ida was the last straw. We decided we needed to find a specialist for help. I had a few companies come over, but Nick from N.A.D. Masonry and Waterproofing was the only person who seemed interested in finding out where the water was coming in from. He spent a lot of time looking inside and out to try to key in on the problems areas while the other companies were quick to push the idea of installing a French Drain and sump pump.
